Cancellation and Refund

Cancellations 

All cancellation requests must be sent within two hours of placing the order. Once the item is processed, we will not be able to cancel the order. 

 

Damaged or incorrect product

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please make sure to share proper unboxing videos. Damages will not be considered without unboxing video. Damage or incorrect order requests will only be accepted within 24 hours after the item is delivered. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

We offer returns and exchanges within 7 DAYS of delivery. The returned items must be received in new, unused condition. It's the customer's responsibility to ship the products to the given address. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. This means items will not be accepted for return or exchange if they have been combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored or altered in any way. 

Refunds will be issued in the form of store credits only after a 5% handling fee deduction. This will be done once we have received the item back in its original form and inspected it for any kind of damage or alterations.  

Exchanges are limited to once per order. You will not be eligible to request an exchange on already exchanged items.

REFUNDS 

Once we receive the return package, it will take 3-5 business days to inspect the product for damages, after which we will issue store credits after a 5% handling fee deduction. If 3-5 business days have passed and you still don’t receive the store credits, please feel free to contact us at hellogoldieluxehair@gmail.com or Whatsapp us on +91 8777621737. 

 

NOTE:

If the package is lost or damaged during return transit, the customer will have to bear the responsibility and we will not be able to exchange and/or issue a refund in this case.

Discounted items, or items bought during sale or with a coupon code/gift card are not eligible for return or cancellation. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Personalised items and custom orders will not be eligible for return or exchange. 

If store credits are not claimed within 30 days of returning the order, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to issue the credits after this.
