Shipping and Exchange

SHIPPING

We try to ship out your orders as fast as we can. Please allow us 1 day to process your order. Once your order is processed, we take 2-3 days to dispatch the product. We take extra care in making sure your package is delivered to you without any damage. Once shipped, it should reach you within 5-7 days. Once shipped, tracking details will be sent to your registered email automatically. 

In case of incorrect shipping information provided by you, please let us know within 2 hours of placing the order so we can correct the details for you. 

In case the product is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information or non acceptance upon delivery, a fee of Rs 200 will be charged to re-ship the item to you. 

NOTE: Custom length or custom coloured orders on toppers, wigs and extensions may take upto a week to process. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

We offer returns and exchanges within 7 DAYS of delivery. The returned items must be received in new, unused condition. It's the customer's responsibility to ship the products to the given address. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. This means items will not be accepted for return or exchange if they have been combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored or altered in any way. 

Refunds will be issued in the form of store credits only. This will be done once we have received the item back in its original form and inspected it for any kind of damage or alterations.  

Exchanges are limited to once per order. You will not be eligible to request an exchange on already exchanged items.

REFUNDS 

Once we receive the return package, it will take 3-5 business days to inspect the product for damages, after which we will issue store credits after a 5% handling fee deduction. If 3-5 business days have passed and you still don’t receive the store credits, please feel free to contact us at hellogoldieluxehair@gmail.com 

 

NOTE:

If the package is lost or damaged during return transit, the customer will have to bear the responsibility and we will not be able to exchange and/or issue a refund in this case.

Discounted items, or items bought during sale or with a coupon code/gift card are not eligible for return or cancellation. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Personalised items and custom orders will not be eligible for return or exchange. 

If store credits are not claimed within 30 days of returning the order, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to issue the credits after this.
